PALM COAST WATER CUSTOMERS

The City of Palm Coast has initiated a program called PLAN (People Lending Assistance to Neighbors) for people struggling to pay their water bill. 

The contribution process is simple.  You can authorize the Utility Department to add a donation to your water bill.  Contributions may be made in any dollar denomination. You can choose to make a one-time or a monthly contribution.  The funds from the PLAN are administered by Hope Network of Flagler County, Inc. and are used to assist Palm Coast Water Customers only.
