Help provided on a walk-in basis only.  No Appointments.

Help provided for Flagler County residents only.

Trained volunteers will screen the individual seeking help, make referrals to appropriate community organizations, and determine the eligibility status for financial assistance.  Click here for eligibility requirements.

Hope Network currently is able to assist in paying a portion of Utility bills or Rent payment for emergency situations once during a 12 month period.

NOTE:  Clients that have received help at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Outreach within the previous 12 months, may have also received Hope Network of Flagler County, Inc. funds and if so, will not be eligible now for more assistance.
